# Hướng dẫn tham gia sự kiện UpRace 2025

Ra mắt từ năm 2018, UpRace là dự án chạy bộ cộng đồng miễn phí dành cho tất cả mọi người, bao gồm ứng dụng UpRace và sự kiện UpRace. Người tham gia được tự do chạy vào thời gian và địa điểm tùy ý, ghi lại kết quả chạy bằng thiết bị di động (điện thoại/đồng hồ thông minh) với mục tiêu tích lũy quãng đường chạy càng nhiều càng tốt.

Nội dung hướng dẫn sự kiện UpRace 2025 sẽ giúp vận động viên, đội trưởng dễ dàng tham gia sự kiện hơn, hãy đọc kỹ và chia sẻ cho các thành viên trong đội bạn nhé.

# Hướng dẫn Báo cáo & Khiếu nại

Khi tham gia sự kiện UpRace 2025, VĐV có thể tạo Báo cáo/Khiếu nại các hoạt động theo 2 cách:&#x20;

**Cách 1:**&#x20;

**Tạo yêu cầu hỗ trợ/Khiếu nại hoạt động của mình**: Mở ứng dụng di động UpRace > Chọn Trang chủ/Home > Chọn nút Báo cáo/Khiếu nại bên trái (biểu tượng có dấu ? !) > Chọn biểu tượng dấu cộng ở bên phải góc dưới màn hình > Tạo yêu cầu UpRace 2025 hoặc Xem Hướng dẫn tham gia UpRace 2025.

**Cách 2:**&#x20;

**Khiếu nại hoạt động không hợp lệ của mình:** Mở ứng dụng di động UpRace > Chọn Cộng đồng/Community > Chọn sự kiện UpRace 2025 -> Chọn tab Bạn/You > Chọn 'Hoạt động không hợp lệ' > Chọn Hoạt động bạn muốn khiếu nại và nhấn nút Khiếu nại/Complain ở góc phải Hoạt động.

**Báo cáo hoạt động có dấu hiệu gian lận của VĐV khác**: Mở ứng dụng di động UpRace > Chọn Cộng đồng/Community > Chọn sự kiện UpRace 2025 -> Chọn tab Leaderboard hoặc Team -> Chọn một VĐV ở trong Đội/Nhóm bất kỳ > Chọn 'Hoạt động không hợp lệ' > Chọn Hoạt động bạn muốn báo cáo và nhấn nút Báo cáo/Report ở góc phải Hoạt động.


# 15 lỗi hoạt động không ghi nhận trong UpRace 2025

Đây là 15 lỗi hoạt động sẽ không ghi nhận trong UpRace 2025, vận động viên đọc kỹ để tránh gặp phải các lỗi này và thành tích không được ghi nhận.

Chi tiết về các lỗi hoạt động không được ghi nhận trong sự kiện 2025.

**01) Sai loại hình thể thao**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động ghi nhận sai loại hình thể thao so với loại thể thao của sự kiện. Cách khắc phục: ghi hoạt động đúng với loại thể thao của sự kiện.*

**02) Hoạt động được tạo thủ công không được chấp nhận**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động được tạo bằng cách nhập thủ công các thông số quãng đường, thời gian, vận tốc... thông qua phần mềm Suunto sẽ không được chấp nhận. Cách khắc phục: sử dụng tính năng “Ghi hoạt động" trên UpRace hoặc dùng đồng hồ Garmin, hoặc tính năng “Ghi hoạt động" trên Suunto.*

**03) Hoạt động có thời gian không hợp lệ** *Lỗi xảy ra trong các trường hợp sau:*

* *Thời gian bắt đầu, kết thúc và upload của hoạt động không nằm trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện.*
* *Hoạt động bị lỗi thời gian bắt đầu. Ví dụ: thời gian hiện tại của server là **9 giờ sáng** nhưng hoạt động được upload lên vào thời điểm này lại có thời gian bắt đầu lúc **10 giờ sáng.***
* *Thời gian của hoạt động không đúng theo thứ tự: **bắt đầu -> kết thúc -> upload.***

**04) Hoạt động có quãng đường không hợp lệ**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động có độ dài chưa đủ quãng đường tối thiểu hoặc dài hơn quãng đường tối đa.*

**05) Hoạt động có tốc độ trung bình không hợp lệ**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động có tốc độ trung bình không nằm trong khoảng quy định từ tốc độ chậm nhất đến tốc độ nhanh nhất.*

**06) Hoạt động có tốc độ quãng (1km) không hợp lệ**\
*Lỗi xảy ra trong sự kiện "Chính thức" khi hoạt động có bất kỳ một quãng (split 1km) nào có tốc độ nhanh quá 1:30 phút/km. Ngay cả khi hoạt động có tốc độ trung bình hợp lệ nhưng có một quãng nhanh quá 2:20 phút/km cũng sẽ bị coi là bất hợp lệ.*

**07) Hoạt động không được ghi nhận vì bạn chưa tham gia sự kiện này**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi bạn chưa chọn Tham Gia sự kiện. Hoạt động này không được tính vào sự kiện chưa tham gia.*

**08) Hoạt động có thời gian trùng với một hoạt động khác**\
*Lỗi khi có nhiều hoạt động được ghi trùng thời gian bằng những phần mềm khác nhau. Ví dụ: Các cuộc chạy có thời gian trùng nhau do đo đồng thời trên nhiều ứng dụng sẽ chỉ được ghi nhận là một cuộc chạy và theo thứ tự ưu tiên sau: Thiết bị chạy bộ đeo tay chuyên dụng (bao gồm: Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch,* Fitbit, POLA&#x52;*) > UpRace.*

**09) Hoạt động có thời gian trùng với một hoạt động khác được ưu tiên hơn**\
*Lỗi khi có nhiều hoạt động được ghi trùng thời gian bằng những phần mềm khác nhau. Ví dụ: đồng thời ghi một hoạt động bằng cả thiết bị và UpRace. Khi đó thứ tự ưu tiên ghi nhận hoạt động hợp lệ sẽ là Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Polar) > UpRace.*

**10) Hoạt động này xảy ra do lỗi hệ thống ghi nhận thứ tự ưu tiên**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi Hệ thống ghi nhận chưa đúng thứ tự ưu tiên hợp lệ Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Polar) > UpRace.*

**11) Hoạt động bị loại bỏ bởi Ban quản trị**\
*Hoạt động bất hợp lệ vì Ban Quản trị phát hiện có sai phạm, gian lận trong hoạt động này. Hoặc user nằm trong danh sách bị khóa của sự kiện.*

**12) Hoạt động được chỉnh sửa bởi Ban Quản Trị khiến hoạt động không còn hợp lệ**\
*Lỗi xảy ra do sự tác động của Ban Quản Trị vào hoạt động này. Có thể Ban Quản Trị đã chỉnh sửa các thông số trong hoạt động khiến hoạt động này không còn hợp lệ nữa.*

**13) Hoạt động không được đồng bộ lên hệ thống trong ngày nhân đôi kết quả**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động được ghi trong bonus day (ngày nhân 2) không được upload lên ngay trong ngày đó. Ví dụ hoạt động hợp lệ ghi bằng Garmin trong ngày Chủ nhật, nhưng sáng thứ 2 mới upload lên hệ thống UpRace, dẫn đến lỗi không được ghi nhận.*

**14) Hoạt động bị loại bỏ do có sự gian lận bằng phần mềm**\
*Lỗi do hoạt động được tạo ra bằng cách sử dụng phần mềm tạo kết quả chạy giả.*

**15) Hoạt động này không để chế độ công khai**\
*Lỗi xảy ra khi hoạt động không được đặt ở chế độ công khai. Cách khắc phục: Chọn “Sửa hoạt động" -> Chọn “Ai có thể xem hoạt động của bạn" -> Chọn “Tất cả mọi người”.*

Lưu ý: *Phải sửa quyền riêng tư thành công khai trong vòng 72 giờ tính từ lúc ghi nhận hoạt động.*

UpRace 2025 là một sự kiện chạy bộ cộng đồng **MIỄN PHÍ** dành cho tất cả mọi người trên nền tảng web/mobile UpRace. Người tham gia được tự do chạy vào thời gian và địa điểm tùy ý và chủ động ghi lại kết quả chạy trên các thiết bị di động (điện thoại di động, đồng hồ thể thao…) với mục đích tích luỹ được quãng đường chạy càng nhiều càng tốt.

* Giờ Việt Nam (GMT+7) được sử dụng làm múi giờ chuẩn cho sự kiện.

<summary>3/ Nếu tôi đăng ký sau thời gian giải chạy UpRace bắt đầu thì thế nào? Tôi có bất lợi gì so với VĐV khác không?</summary>

Nếu VĐV bắt đầu thi đấu sau ngày 28/11/2025 thì thành tích sẽ được ghi nhận từ ngày bắt đầu thi đấu cho đến hết ngày 21/12/2025, vì vậy số ngày thi đấu sẽ ít hơn các vận động viên khác.

# Cách thức thi đấu giữa các đội

<summary>1/ Có bao nhiều bảng đấu dành cho các đội?</summary>

Có 03 (ba) Bảng đấu gồm:

* **Bảng 1:** Các Đội Doanh nghiệp (Company).
* **Bảng 2:** Các Đội Câu lạc bộ thể thao (Sports Club).
* **Bảng 3:** Các Đội Trường học (School).

<summary>2/ Thành tích được tính như thế nào?</summary>

Thành tích của mỗi Đội là tổng thành tích hợp lệ của tất cả các VĐV tham gia thi đấu cho Đội trong sự kiện. Các Đội trong cùng bảng sẽ thi đấu với nhau.

<summary>3/ Sau ngày sự kiện bắt đầu mà Đội của tôi mới được thành lập thì có được tham gia thi đấu không?</summary>

**Được.** Các Đội được thành lập sau thời điểm sự kiện bắt đầu vẫn được tham gia thi đấu bình thường, miễn là trước khi thời gian UpRace 2025 kết thúc. Việc thành lập đội trước hay sau ngày bắt đầu chạy chính thức của UpRace 2025 chỉ ảnh hưởng tới lợi thế cạnh tranh của đội bạn.

**Không.** Bạn chỉ có thể chọn duy nhất 01 đội trong số các đội đã tham gia để thi đấu và tích luỹ điểm cho đội đó.

<summary>5/ Nếu tôi muốn ra khỏi đội cũ và gia nhập một đội mới năm nay, tôi phải làm thế nào?</summary>

Bạn không thể chuyển đội trong thời gian sự kiện đang diễn ra.

<summary>6/ Tôi có thể thay đổi đội sau khi lựa chọn không?</summary>

Bạn chỉ có thể thay đổi đội trước khi sự kiện bắt đầu. Sau khi sự kiện bắt đầu (kể từ sau 00 giờ ngày 28/11/2025), bạn sẽ không được thay đổi đội đã chọn.

<summary>7/ Tôi không tham gia bất kỳ đội nào thì thành tích có được ghi nhận không?</summary>

**Được.** Nếu bạn không muốn tham gia đội nào, mà vẫn muốn tham gia sự kiện UpRace để gây quỹ cho cộng động thì thành tích của bạn vẫn được ghi nhận.

# Cách thức thi đấu cá nhân

<details>

<summary>1/ UpRace 2025 ghi nhận thành tích của tôi bằng cách nào?</summary>

Các VĐV tự ghi lại thành tích mỗi lần chạy của mình bằng thiết bị di động, bằng các cách:

* Chức năng RECORD trực tiếp của ứng dụng UpRace trên điện thoại.
* Đồng hồ, vòng tay thông minh GPS có chức năng ghi các cuộc chạy và có thể kết nối với UpRace: Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, POLAR.

<summary>2/ Như thế nào mới được xem là một "cuộc chạy hợp lệ"?</summary>

Một cuộc chạy hợp lệ được tính khi đạt đủ các điều kiện sau đây:

* Được ghi nhận hoàn tất trên tài khoản UpRace của VĐV trong vòng 72 giờ kể từ thời điểm cuộc chạy bắt đầu và không muộn hơn ngày cuối cùng của sự kiện.
* Thể hiện bản đồ chạy rõ ràng, không có dấu hiệu sai số lớn do lỗi bắt sóng GPS của thiết bị di động. Các cuộc chạy được nhập kết quả thủ công bằng tay (manual input), hoặc được share bởi người khác, hoặc ghi nhận cho nhiều tài khoản khác nhau sẽ không được công nhận hợp lệ. Trong trường hợp cuộc chạy thực hiện trên máy chạy bộ cần được ghi nhận bằng thiết bị đo chuyên dụng như đồng hồ Garmin và cảm biến đeo chân.
* Các cuộc chạy có thời gian trùng nhau do đo đồng thời trên nhiều ứng dụng sẽ chỉ được ghi nhận là một cuộc chạy và theo thứ tự ưu tiên sau: Thiết bị chạy bộ đeo tay chuyên dụng (bao gồm: Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, POLAR) > UPRACE.
* Có cự ly chạy (Distance) tối thiểu là 01km. Cự li tối đa không giới hạn. VĐV được bấm tạm dừng cuộc chạy trong khi chạy với mục đích nghỉ và phân phối sức.
* Có tốc độ di chuyển trung bình (Average Moving Pace) tính theo số phút hoàn thành 01 km chạy nhanh tối đa là 3:30 phút/km và chậm tối thiểu là 15:00 phút/km. Có tốc độ di chuyển trung bình của tất cả các quãng 01km (Split) nhanh tối đa 3:00 phút/km.
* Các cuộc chạy diễn ra trong những ngày Chủ nhật trong thời gian diễn ra sự kiện phải được hoàn tất trong ngày (trước 24h00) và kết quả nhân 2 được tính vào thành tích của ngày đó.

<summary>3/ Vậy "ngày chạy hợp lệ" (active days) là như thế nào?</summary>

Là ngày có ít nhất một cuộc chạy hợp lệ.

Trong UpRace 2025, mỗi VĐV muốn được chứng nhận là Hoàn thành cuộc thi UpRace 2025 phải có tối thiểu 12 (mười hai) ngày chạy hợp lệ và tối thiểu 60km.

<summary>4/ Làm sao để được nhân đôi thành tích?</summary>

Bao gồm những ngày Chủ nhật trong thời gian sự kiện diễn ra (30/11/2025; 7-14-21/12/2025) và ngày đặc biệt 12/12/2025.

<summary>5/ Để được tính là Hoàn thành cuộc thi UpRace 2025 thì tôi cần phải làm gì?</summary>

Một VĐV sẽ được chứng nhận là hoàn thành cuộc thi khi đạt đồng thời 02 điều kiện sau:

* Có số ngày chạy hợp lệ tối thiểu là 12 ngày.
* Có tổng số quãng đường chạy hợp lệ tối thiểu là 60km (bao gồm cả thành tích nhân đôi trong các ngày Chủ nhật).

**Lưu ý:** Đối với vận động viên không chạy đủ 12 ngày và 60km, thì số km chạy hoàn thành vẫn được đóng góp cho đội và được nhà tài trợ quyên góp cho các tổ chức xã hội.

<summary>6/ Tôi có thể chạy trên máy chạy bộ để tính thành tích thi đấu không?</summary>

Toàn bộ số tiền gây quỹ sẽ được chuyển trực tiếp đến các Đối tác xã hội.

# Quyền của Ban tổ chức (BTC) và Hội đồng kỹ thuật (HĐKT)

<summary>1/ Quyền của Ban tổ chức (BTC) và Hội đồng kỹ thuật (HĐKT)</summary>

1. Khiếu nại và Báo cáo: Ban Tổ Chức (BTC) và Hội Đồng Kỹ Thuật (HĐKT) sẽ xem xét và phản hồi các khiếu nại hoặc báo cáo của vận động viên trong suốt thời gian diễn ra sự kiện UpRace 2025 trên ứng dụng UpRace. Quyết định của HĐKT sẽ là quyết định cuối cùng cho mọi khiếu nại phát sinh.
2. Xử phạt: BTC có các biện pháp để phòng ngừa và phát hiện gian lận. Đồng thời, BTC kêu gọi các vận động viên duy trì tinh thần thi đấu công bằng và tự giác cao nhất. Nếu phát hiện bất kỳ hành vi gian lận nào, vận động viên sẽ bị loại khỏi cuộc thi và toàn bộ thành tích đạt được sẽ không được công nhận.
3. Quyền của BTC: BTC có toàn quyền quyết định về việc một Đội hoặc vận động viên có đủ điều kiện thi đấu hay không. BTC cũng có quyền dừng thi đấu và huỷ kết quả của Đội hoặc vận động viên trong trường hợp phát hiện hành vi gian lận hoặc vi phạm quy định cuộc thi, cũng như quyền giải quyết các khiếu nại.

<summary>2/ Nếu muốn khiếu nại kết quả thi đấu thì phải làm sao?<br></summary>

Để thực hiện khiếu nại báo cáo, vận động viên (VĐV) cần thực hiện các bước sau:

Bước 1. Đăng nhập vào ứng dụng UpRace.

Bước 2. Chọn mục "Gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ" trong phần Cài đặt.

Bước 3. Điền các thông tin cần thiết theo hướng dẫn để khởi tạo và gửi yêu cầu. Kết quả khiếu nại sẽ được phản hồi đến VĐV thông qua thông báo trong ứng dụng UpRace.

\*Với trường hợp VĐV không truy cập được vào trong ứng dụng UpRace do quên thông tin tài khoản hoặc mật khẩu, VĐV có thể khiếu nại thông qua nút “Hỗ trợ” tại màn hình đăng nhập của ứng dụng UpRace. Kết quả khiếu nại sẽ được BTC gửi đến email của VĐV.

&#x20;**(\*)&#x20;*****Lưu ý BTC và HĐKT chỉ hỗ trợ giải quyết qua email cho những trường hợp không thể đăng nhập vào ứng dụng.***

BTC và HĐKT sẽ xem xét và xử lý khiếu nại dựa trên thông tin của yêu cầu đã cung cấp. Quyết định của HĐKT sẽ là quyết định cuối cùng trong mọi khiếu nại phát sinh.

# Ghi một hoạt động thể thao

# Cấp quyền vị trí GPS

Để có thể ghi hoạt động bằng điện thoại di động, bạn cần phải cấp quyền sử dụng vị trí GPS cho ứng dụng UpRace.

Mặc định khi mở tính năng Ghi hoạt động, ứng dụng sẽ xin quyền và bạn chỉ cần bấm cho phép là xong. Tuy nhiên nếu vì lý do nào đó mà bạn đã không cho phép thì bạn có thể thực hiện cấp quyền sử dụng vị trí theo hướng dẫn dưới đây.

* Nhấn & giữ biểu tượng ứng dụng UpRace → Chọn Thông tin ứng dụng.
* Chọn Quyền → Chọn Vị trí → Chọn Luôn cho phép.
* Bật Sử dụng vị trí chính xác (Nếu có).

**Bước 3:** Xác nhận ủy quyền mở Spotify trên UpRace.

**Bước 4:** Tùy chỉnh nghe nhạc ngay trên màn hình Ghi hoạt động của UpRace.


# Kết nối thiết bị & ứng dụng

Các thiết bị có thể kết nối với UpRace: Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Fitbit, Polar.

**Bước 1:** Bấm vào **Tên** của bạn ở Trang chủ.

**Bước 2:** Bấm vào biểu tượng **Cài đặt** (dấu bánh răng).

**Bước 3:** Chọn **Kết nối và ứng dụng.**

**Bước 4:** Chọn **Tên thiết bị** mà bạn muốn kết nối (Riêng Apple Watch sẽ kết nối với app Sức khoẻ).

**Bước 5:** Chọn **Kết nối ngay.**

**Bước 6:** Đăng nhập tài khoản, chọn **cấp tất cả các quyền** và bấm **Đồng ý.**

**Complain about Your Invalid Activity:** Open the UpRace mobile app > Go to the Community section > Select the UpRace 2025 event > Go to the You tab > Select 'View your invalid activities' > Choose the activity you want to complain about and tap the Complain button in the right corner of the activity.&#x20;

**Report Suspicious Activity of Another Runner:** Open the UpRace mobile app > Go to the Community section > Select the UpRace 2025 event > Go to the Leaderboard or Team tab > Select a runner from any Team/Group > Select Select 'View your invalid activities' > Choose the activity you want to report and tap the Report button in the right corner of the activity.


# 15 errors of activity not recorded in UpRace 2025

These are the 15 errors in activity not recorded in UpRace 2025. Runners should read them carefully to avoid encountering these errors and having your achievements not recorded.

**1) Incorrect sports type recorded**\
An error occurs when the recorded activity does not match the type of sport for the event. Solution: Record the activity correctly based on the sport type of the event.

**2) Manually created activities are not accepted**\
An error occurs when activities are manually entered, including distance, time, speed, etc., using the Suunto software, and they are not accepted. Solution: Use the "Record Activity" feature on UpRace or use a Garmin watch, or utilize the "Record Activity" feature on Suunto.

**3) Activity with invalid timing Errors occur in the following cases**

* The start time, end time, and upload time of the activity do not fall within the event duration.
* The activity has a start time error. For example, the current server time is 9 AM, but the uploaded activity has a start time of 10 AM.
* The timing of the activity is not in the correct order: start -> end -> upload.

**4) The activity has an invalid distance**\
An error occurs when the activity has a distance that is shorter than the minimum required distance or longer than the maximum allowed distance.

**5) The activity has an invalid average speed**\
An error occurs when the activity has an average speed that is outside the specified range from the slowest to the fastest speed.

**6) The activity has an invalid split (1km) speed**\
An error occurs in the "Official" event when any split (1km) of the activity has a speed faster than 1m30s/km. Even if the activity has a valid average speed, having a split faster than 2m20s/km will also be considered invalid.

**7) The activity is not recorded because you have not joined this event**\
An error occurs when you have not selected to participate in the event. This activity will not be counted in the event you have not joined.

**8) The activity has overlapping time with another activity**\
An error occurs when multiple activities are recorded with overlapping times using different software. Example: Runs with overlapping time recorded simultaneously on multiple applications will be counted as one run, with the following priority order: Dedicated running devices (including Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, POLAR) > UpRace.

**9) The activity has overlapping time with another prioritized activity**\
An error occurs when multiple activities are recorded with overlapping times using different software. Example: Recording an activity simultaneously with both a device and UpRace. In this case, the priority order for validating the valid activity will be Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, POLAR) > UpRace.

**10) This error occurs due to a system error in recording the priority order**\
An error occurs when the system fails to record the valid priority order correctly: Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, POLAR) > UpRace.

**11) The activity is removed by the Administration Board**\
The activity is deemed invalid because the Administration Board has detected misconduct or cheating in this activity. Alternatively, the user may be on the event's banned list.

**12) The activity is edited by the Administration Board, rendering it invalid**\
An error occurred due to the intervention of the Administration Board in this activity. The Administration Board may have modified the parameters of the activity, making it no longer valid.

**13) The activity is not synchronized with the system on the double result day**\
An error occurs when an activity recorded on the bonus day (double day) is not uploaded on the same day. For example, a valid activity was recorded with a Garmin device on Sunday but uploaded to the UpRace system on Monday morning, resulting in the activity not being recognized.

**14) The activity is removed due to cheating using software**\
An error occurs when the activity is generated using software that produces fake running results.

**15)** **This activity is not set to public mode**\
An error occurs when the activity is not set to public mode. To resolve this, select "Edit activity" -> "Who can see your activity" -> "Everyone."\
Note: The privacy settings must be successfully changed to public within 72 hours from the time of recording the activity.

### The individual competition in UpRace

<summary><strong>1. Recording an activity</strong></summary>

UpRacers can record their performance using various methods, including:

\+ UpRace App: Participants can use the built-in RECORD function of the UpRace mobile application to directly track and record their running sessions.

\+ GPS-enabled Smartwatches and Fitness Trackers: Athletes can utilize GPS-enabled devices like Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Polar.

<summary><strong>2. The criteria for a valid race</strong></summary>

Valid race: is counted when committing the following conditions:

● Recorded as completed and displayed on the runner' s UpRace account within 72 hours from the activity's start time and no later than the last day of the event.

● Express the map clearly with no sign of critical errors due to the error of catching GPS signal of mobile devices. The activities which are imported manual results, either shared by others, or recorded for different accounts will not be validated. In case of running on treadmills, the result must be recorded by fitness tracker or smart watch like Garmin, which is able to synchronize with UpRace.

● Activities that are duplicated by recording from multiple devices at a same time will be counted as one activity. The priority order of activity’s source will be: (Garmin, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Polar…) > UpRace.

● There is a minimum distance of 1km. There is an unlimited maximum limit. Runners are allowed to pause the activity while running with the purpose of short break.

● Maximum Average Moving Pace is 4:00 minutes/km and minimum is 15:00 minutes/km, which are calculated by the number of minutes to complete 01 km. Split pace of each 1 km must not be faster than 3:30 minutes/km.

● Races that take place on Sundays during the event period must be completed (before 24:00) on that day and double-results will be counted on the achievement of that day.

<summary><strong>3. How about "active days"?</strong></summary>

Active days: are the dates of at least one valid run according to the above rule.

In UpRace 2025, for each athlete to be certified as having completed the UpRace 2025 competition, they must have a minimum of 12 (twelve) valid running days and cover a minimum distance of 60km. These criteria ensure that participants have actively engaged in the event and achieved a significant level of participation.

\*Note: For runners who do not complete the contest (minimum number of 12 valid days and minimum distance of 60km), the completed kilometers are still contributed to the team and fundraised by the sponsor to a social organization.

In the case of running on a treadmill, you would need specialized devices to track your performance, including a performance tracking device like a smartwatch or fitness tracker (e.g., Garmin) along with a speed sensor/foot pod attached to your shoe that is connected to the device. These devices work together to accurately measure your speed, distance, and other relevant metrics while running on a treadmill.

Businesses, organizations, and individuals can participate in fundraising for the community through UpRace 2024 in various ways (through sponsorship packages, conversion from actual achievements, community calls, direct donations via Zalopay, etc.). All raised funds will be transferred directly to our Social Partners.

# Rights of Organizing Committee and Team Administration Board

1. Complaints and Reports: The Organizing Committee (OC) and Team Administration Board (TAB) will review and respond to any complaints or reports from participants during the UpRace 2025 event on the UpRace app. The TB's decision will be final for all arising complaints.
2. Penalties: The OC has measures in place to prevent and detect any cheating. Additionally, the OC encourages participants to maintain the highest level of fair play and self-discipline. If any cheating is detected, the participant will be disqualified from the competition, and all achieved results will be voided.
3. OC's Rights: The OC has full authority to determine whether a Team or participant is eligible to compete. The OC also reserves the right to stop a competition and cancel the results of a Team or participant if any cheating or rule violations are detected, as well as the right to resolve any complaints.

To submit a complaint, runners should follow these steps:

1. Log into the UpRace app.
2. Go to the Settings section and select "Submit a support request."
3. Provide the required information as instructed to create and send the request. The outcome of the complaint will be communicated to the runner via notifications in the UpRace app.

\*If runners are unable to access the UpRace app due to forgotten account information or password, they can submit a complaint using the "Support" button on the login screen. The result of the complaint will be sent to the runner's email.

(\*) Note: The Organizing Committee and Team Administration Board will be only provide support via email for cases where the runners cannot log in to the app.

The decision of The Organizing Committee and Team Administration Boar will be the final decision in all arising complaints.

To record activities using your mobile phone, you need to grant GPS location permission to the UpRace application. You can follow the instructions below to grant location permission:

### Android <a href="#android" id="android"></a>

* Press and hold the UpRace app icon → Select App Info.
* Choose Permissions → Select Location → Choose Always Allow.
* Enable Use of precise location (if available).

### iOS (iPhone) <a href="#ios-iphone" id="ios-iphone"></a>

* Choose Location → Allow access to location Always or Only while using the app.
* Enable High Accuracy Location (if available).
