1. Rights of Organizing Committee and Team Administration Board
Complaints and Reports: The Organizing Committee (OC) and Team Administration Board (TAB) will review and respond to any complaints or reports from participants during the UpRace 2024 event on the UpRace app. The TB's decision will be final for all arising complaints.
Penalties: The OC has measures in place to prevent and detect any cheating. Additionally, the OC encourages participants to maintain the highest level of fair play and self-discipline. If any cheating is detected, the participant will be disqualified from the competition, and all achieved results will be voided.
OC's Rights: The OC has full authority to determine whether a Team or participant is eligible to compete. The OC also reserves the right to stop a competition and cancel the results of a Team or participant if any cheating or rule violations are detected, as well as the right to resolve any complaints.
2. How do I make a complaint about the competition's results?
To submit a complaint, runners should follow these steps:
Log into the UpRace app.
Go to the Settings section and select "Submit a support request."
Provide the required information as instructed to create and send the request. The outcome of the complaint will be communicated to the runner via notifications in the UpRace app.
*If runners are unable to access the UpRace app due to forgotten account information or password, they can submit a complaint using the "Support" button on the login screen. The result of the complaint will be sent to the runner's email.
(*) Note: The Organizing Committee and Team Administration Board will be only provide support via email for cases where the runners cannot log in to the app.
The decision of The Organizing Committee and Team Administration Boar will be the final decision in all arising complaints.
